Residential Demand Response (RDR) proposal from ERCOT under the microscope today

AT today’s Wholesale Market Subcommittee, stakeholders will discuss ERCOT’s RDR proposal known as NPRR 1296. I wrote about NPRR 1296 previously here.

If the last meeting where it was discussed is any indication, it will be a rough day for proponents of the program.
