Below are updates on ERCOT and the PUC’s survey of the general public to determine how much avoiding outages of various lengths is worth to us; an attempt by retail electric providers (REPs) to pass the costs of the new $1 billion ancillary service (ECRS) to consumers; an important February meeting on energy efficiency; and some interesting comments from ERCOT CEO Pablo Vegas to the media.
