House State Affairs passed SB 6 with Chairman Darby's HB 3970 added; PUC appointees go before Senate Nominations this morning; battery state-of-charge at issue at ERCOT

• The House passed Senate Bill 6 after adding House Bill 3970. It’s headed for the House floor later this week or early next;
