ERCOT will hold a demand response workshop tomorrow during the Wholesale Market Subcommittee
ERCOT staff has presented its vision for residential demand response on several occasions so far. Tomorrow at the Wholesale Market Subcommittee, the grid operator will make an attempt to reset the conversation to stakeholders that are extremely skeptical, if not opposed.
The Brattle Group will present initial findings and takeaways from a study on residential demand response in Texas. Below is the opening slide which shows Texas is in the bottom half of states for residential demand response.
