Too many in Washington seem resigned to China’s electro-dominance. It’s a terrible mistake.
I’ll be going to a protest today, on this scary weekend of political violence and wars. But first I wanted to do something less emotional. So I’m sharing a post by Doug Lewin, an expert on energy in Texas, where clean energy is booming. One of many destructive aspects of the current administration is the attempt to revert back to a fossil fueled world and keep out the powerful new energy technologies sweeping the globe. This won't just hamstring us vs. China industrially and economically, but also militarily (drones are basically flying EVs; energy is what wins wars). Doug does a great job laying this out. So yeah, no kings today or any day; and also, no ceding America's future to China. Have a good day today, use your voice (peacefully), and stay safe. -
